- Nova Poshta
Orders from the website are delivered by Nova Poshta delivery service throughout Ukraine.
Delivery cost is calculated according to the carrier’s rates and paid by the recipient.
Shipment is made on the day the order is placed, provided the item is in stockRozetka Delivery
Delivery to Rozetka stores and pickup points.
Delivery cost for shipments up to 30 kg and side length up to 120 cm — 49 UAH.
For other dimensions, the cost is calculated according to Rozetka Delivery service rates.
Delivery payment is made by the recipient.- Pickup

International Delivery
We ship orders abroad via Nova Poshta to European countries, the USA, and Asia.
International delivery cost is calculated individually according to the carrier’s rates.
Payment Methods
Card Payment on Website
Online payment by bank card when placing an order.
Payment by Bank Details
After placing an order, the manager provides payment details.
Cash on Delivery
- – payment upon receipt at Nova Poshta branch
- – payment upon receipt at Rozetka branch
The cash on delivery fee for Nova Poshta and Rozetka Pay is paid by the buyer according to the services’ rates.
Item Reservation
After placing an order, the item is reserved for the buyer for 24 hours.
If payment is not received within this time, the order may be canceled.
