Exchange and Returns

LIDER RG Return and Exchange Policy

We value our customers’ trust and operate in accordance with current Ukrainian legislation. If you need to return or exchange an item, the process is simple and straightforward.

Return Period
Returns or exchanges of items in proper condition are possible within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order.

Returning Items in Proper Condition
You can return an item if:

• it has not been used;
• its original appearance is preserved;
• factory labels are intact;
• original packaging is preserved;
• the item is complete with all components.

In this case, return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

If the Item Has a Defect or Does Not Match
If you received an item with a manufacturing defect or it does not match your order
(wrong size, color, model, or damage), delivery is covered by the store.
After receiving and inspecting the item, we will:

• exchange it for an identical item, or
• refund your payment.

In your message, include:

• order number;
• recipient’s full name;
• reason for return or exchange;
• photo of the item (if needed).

1. Receive confirmation from the manager and shipping instructions.
2. Pack the item in its original packaging.
3. Send the item via Nova Poshta:

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the item, funds will be returned to the buyer’s bank card
within 3–5 business days.
In case of an exchange, the new item will be shipped after receiving the return.

Non-Returnable Items
According to Ukrainian legislation, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• • underwear;
  • socks;
  • undergarments;
  • tights.
