- By using the Site, the User confirms that they have read these Terms, understand their content, and agree to comply with them in full.
- If the User does not agree with the provisions of these Terms, they must stop using the Site.

SUBJECT OF ACTIVITY
- Through the Site the following activities are carried out:

production and sale of clothing, footwear, and accessories for rhythmic gymnastics and dance;
distribution of items for rhythmic gymnastics;
custom tailoring of club uniforms;
processing and handling of user orders;
other types of services provided on the pages of the Site.

REGISTRATION AND PERSONAL ACCOUNT
- To use certain features of the Site, the User can create a personal account.
- The User is obliged to:

provide accurate information;
keep login and password confidential;
not share access with third parties.
- In case of suspected unauthorized access, the User must immediately notify the Site Administration.
- The Site Administration has the right to restrict or block the User’s access in case of:
violation of the Terms;
fraudulent actions;
threats to Site security.

ORDER PROCESSING
- Placing an order on the Site signifies the User’s intention to purchase the corresponding goods or services.
- After placing the order, the Seller’s representative may contact the User to clarify order, delivery, or payment details.
- Custom orders, including tailoring club uniforms to individual measurements, may be fulfilled under separate conditions agreed with the client.

PAYMENT
- Payment is made online using a bank card via integrated payment services.
- The User guarantees that the payment method is used lawfully and has the right to make the corresponding payments.
- The Site Administration does not store full bank card details of Users.

DELIVERY
- Delivery of goods is carried out according to the conditions specified during order placement.
- Delivery is available within Ukraine and abroad.
- Delivery times may depend on:

product availability;
country of delivery;
work of logistics operators;
custom manufacturing of goods;
carrier;
customs clearance;
- In case of international delivery, the User is responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or other mandatory fees according to the legislation of the receiving country.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- Return or exchange of goods of proper quality is possible within 14 calendar days from receipt according to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”.
- Return is possible if:

the product has not been used;
its original appearance is preserved;
factory labels are intact;
original packaging is preserved;
the product is complete;
the product shows no signs of use.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the User.
- In case of a defective or non-conforming product, the shipping cost is borne by the Seller.
- After inspecting the product, the Seller performs:
product exchange;

refund to the User’s bank card within 3–5 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.
- Products made to individual specifications, personal measurements, design, or with personalization may not be eligible for return or exchange according to Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No.172 dated 19.03.1994 and current legislation of Ukraine.

SITE USAGE RULES
- The User is prohibited from:

interfering with the Site operation;
distributing harmful software;
unauthorized access;
copying content without permission;
using automated data collection tools.
- The User is responsible for violations of applicable law and these Terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All objects on the Site, including:

photographs;
logos;
design;
graphic elements;
videos and other content,
are the intellectual property of the Site and protected by Ukrainian law and international agreements.
- Any copying, distribution, or use of Site materials without the written permission of the rights holder is prohibited.

- All disputes arising from the use of the Site or order fulfillment are resolved through negotiation, and if no agreement is reached – in court according to the laws of Ukraine.
